Why CellCharge?

  • Take Credit Cards without any equipment or internet access / just use your telephone.
  • No contract-all accounts are month to month.

Does CellCharge make since for my business?

  • CellCharge is for face to face transactions only. You must obtain an imprint of all sales with a signature so no telephone or internet sales are permitted with this service.
  • For Accounts with total volume per month of no more than $7,500.

    • How much does it cost?

    • There is a one time $49 set-up fee required for CellCharge accounts.
    • Monthly access fee must be billed to your credit card.
    • Two rate structures available:
      • Bundled Rates (all fees 'bundled' into the rate): 3.75% Flat / $15.95 monthly access
      • Standard Rates (All fees 'unbundled'): 2.55% & $0.25 per item & $9.95 Statement fee & $19.95 monthly access

    How do I process credit cards over the phone?

    • You dial an 800 number, Enter your PIN number, Enter in Credit Card number, Enter Expiration Date of Credit Card, Enter in the CVV2 (last 3 numbers of the Credit Card in the signature box of the card), Enter in the billing Zip code in which the credit card is billed, Enter in the dollar amount of the transaction, Make an imprint of the card on a slip and obtain a signature from the customer.

    Can I take American Express and Discover?

    • Yes. Just let us know you would like to accept these cards as well.

    How do I get started?

    • Complete the "Apply Now" tab and put in remarks you are interested in CellCharge.
    • CellCharge will require a copy of your drivers license and a voided check to be faxed back with a signed agreement.
